We’ll gladly replace or refund the cost of anything you’ve ordered if it’s received damaged, defective, or even if it doesn’t perform or turn out the way you expected.

If you are not happy for any reason with a food item, we don’t require – or even want, you to return it. Simply let us know by phone or by email and we will give you your money back. 

If it is a retail or handcrafted item please pack it safely and return it back to us for a full refund.
