The Old Mill is a locally owned & operated family business. We’re proud to have generations of the owners’ families as well as generations of our employees’ families working here too. 

Our Team

You’ll find employees who have been with us since we opened the doors at our first restaurant. It’s rare to hear about employees being with one company for more than 25 years, but not uncommon here. 

That’s something we don’t take lightly and feel it speaks to the culture that has been built here, not just by the owners, but by management, and by each and every employee.
